Te Poi School

Te Poi School – A New Playground, A New Beginning!

After a large tree came down during a storm, leaving Te Poi School’s existing playground beyond repair, the school had an opportunity to create something even better for its tamariki.

With the community rolling up their sleeves to help clear the old playground and prepare the new safety surfacing, it was a real team effort to bring this space to life. Our installation team worked hard to ensure everything was ready for the first day of Term 4, welcoming the children back from their holidays with a brand-new playground to explore!

The result is a more interactive and engaging play space, filled with opportunities for challenge, discovery and development.

Te Poi School is bursting with bright colours that reflect its vibrant, happy community. In contrast, the new playground brings a beautiful natural timber element to the school grounds, blending into its surroundings while encouraging imaginative play, exploration and connection with nature.

A fantastic example of what can be achieved when a school, its community and a dedicated installation team come together to create something special for their tamariki.
